It’s been a record breaking first quarter for Healthcare IPS and things have been somewhat manic, but everyone has worked extra hard to ensure all projects have been turned around within our promised 2-week lead time. This has been particularly useful to Contractors in the Healthcare sector recently, as the pressure to get projects turned around within a short timeframe is as high as ever.
Below are a few photographs of a recently completed scheme within the NHS. WC refurbs are always tricky and time consuming, but with HIPS made to measure units, and a very pleasing install from the Contractor, I’m sure you’ll agree the rooms look fantastic.

All units are free of flash gaps and joints, offering a very high level of hygiene, paramount in an area such as a Maternity Ward. The offset plinths allow the flooring to be coved up maintaining a watertight finish, in line with the rest of the unit. This is not possible with traditional IPS, as different panels protrude at different levels, creating gaps for water ingress, and making the flooring cove near impossible.
