Healthcare IPS are pleased to detail a modest sized scheme with an NHS trust in the midlands who continues to specify Healthcare IPS.

On site earlier this week surveying a larger scheme to be completed in March 2022, one of our reps had the opportunity to view the soon to be handed over scheme.

As seen in the onsite images, the full wall disposal unit is uniquely completed with a hot welded finish which means no joints, no flash gaps and certainly no crude bolting of units together. All Healthcare IPS units are HBN 00-10 Part C compliant and have been developed from the HTM68 Guidelines to fully meet current standards. We also supplied the sanitary ware which was not only an ease perspective for the contractor but also a more competitive price. In this instance, the trusts preference was Contour 21 basin’s & Delabie Mixers.

Minimising Downtime

The Hospital Trust chose Healthcare IPS due to its simplicity, hygiene, and ease of installation. As usual, adherence to the programme was paramount, it was also critical the Hospital was able to operate as normal. With 10 working day manufacturing lead times and the speed of installation ensured minimal disruption and the units were in and ready for handover ahead of schedule.

With designated projects managers, we ensured the IPS element of the project ran smoothly with minimum disruption to the everyday running of services.
